Let us help you protect your investment! We recommended getting your driveway sealed the summer after paving, and then every other year following. Regular sealcoating not only enhances the appearance of your driveway but also helps protect it from becoming porous and dried out. 

Unprotected driveways result in deterioration and upheaval due to changes in the ground through freezing and frost. Regular sealcoating helps protect the asphalt while also filling and sealing any hairline cracks that may be present in the driveway. 

Our sealcoat season spans from May to September, depending on the weather. The asphalt has to be completely dry and free of leaves and debris for the sealcoat to cure properly. To ensure that we can seal your driveway before our season ends, please call by mid-August.

If for some reason it can not be completed that season, we will gladly add you to the list for the following year.

Disclaimer: While sealcoating helps to protect the asphalt, it does not eliminate all deterioration brought on by environmental factors such as the freezing and thawing.
